FruitFull is a student-run organization that seeks to reduce food waste and alleviate hunger in northern Virginia. We collect uneaten fruit from school cafeterias to donate to local food banks.
I’m Elliot P, founder of FruitFull and a junior at Langley High School in McLean, Virginia. In the spring of 2024, he began collecting uneaten fruit from his school cafeteria to donate to SHARE of McLean, a local food bank. In its first two months, FruitFull collected and donated more than 1,700 pieces of fruit.
